Company Overview

PSC HK Insurance Group (PSC HK Group) is engaged in an insurance agency and broking services. It is formed by PSC Insurance Holdings (HK) Limited, formerly known as Charter Gilman Insurance Holdings Limited, and its subsidiaries, namely:

  • Charter Gilman Insurance Agencies Limited (IA License No.: FA3285),
  • Charter Gilman Insurance Brokers Limited (IA License No.: FB1472), and
  • Trans-Pacific Insurance Brokers Limited (IA License No.: FB1046).

 

Charter Gilman Insurance Group (“CGI Group”) was established in 1996 followed by a management buyout by an insurance industry veteran, Mr. H. L. Leung. The forerunner of CGI Group, Gilman Insurance Agencies Limited, was a reputable European insurance agency firm in Hong Kong. CGI Group maintains a long history within the Hong Kong insurance market, and this continues after Mr. Leung retired and sold his company to PSC Insurance Group Limited, Australia in July 2019.

 

PSC Insurance Group Limited is an insurance brokers company listed on the
Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:PSI; www.pscinsurancegroup.com.au), with vast insurance experience globally. PSC Insurance Group has achieved rapid organic growth in business by acquisitions.

 

With tremendous support from loyal customers, CGI Group has boasted an impressive client portfolio since its formation. It has also established excellent business relationships with many insurers of sound reputation in the international and local insurance markets.
